About the Role
Working across a variety of civil and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of civil plant and equipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Operators with experience on a range of machinery are encouraged to apply.
Machinery Experience
Excavators
Rollers
Backhoes
Loaders
Graders
Water Carts
Dump Trucks
Other Civil Plant
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of civil plant and equipment
Earthworks, trenching, grading, and site preparation activities




Conducting pre-start inspections and maintenance checks
Following project specifications and site procedures
Working collaboratively with supervisors and site crews
Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
General labouring duties where required
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience operating civil machinery
Relevant plant operating tickets and competencies
Current Driver's Licence
Construction Industry White Card
Solid commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable and strong work ethic
Highly Regarded
HR Licence
Excavator Ticket
Skid Steer Ticket
Defence project experience
Final Trim GPS experience
