As Cyber Threat Intelligence & Hunting Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cyber resilience as part of a multi‐layered defence strategy.
You will lead the development of advanced threat intelligence and proactive hunting capabilities, helping to prevent, detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats.
Working closely with global teams, government agencies and senior stakeholders, you will translate complex intelligence into actionable insights that protect our operations and customers.A day in the life of a Cyber Threat Intelligence & Hunting Manager, at Toll GroupLead and mature threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities across the enterpriseConduct advanced threat assessments and identify emerging adversary tactics and risksTranslate intelligence insights into remediation actions with security and IT teamsPartner with government agencies and industry peers to strengthen cyber defenceDeliver executive-level reporting on the evolving threat landscapeMentor and develop a high-performing cyber intelligence teamQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related fieldMinimum 8+ years' experience in senior cyber security rolesExperience working in large, complex or global environmentsProven leadership in threat intelligence and threat hunting functionsAbility to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)Experience working across multiple time zones (desirable)Skills & experienceDeep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting and threat modellingStrong understanding of both offensive and defensive cyber security practicesHands-on experience with SIEM and security tooling (e.g. Splunk, CrowdStrike)Solid knowledge of incident response and risk management frameworksExcellent analytical,
