Your responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on complex leasing matters and property law issues
Managing a mix of commercial and residential conveyancing files
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and lease agreements
Delivering strategic legal advice to business clients across various industries
You'll have the chance to work directly with decision-makers, refine your commercial acumen, and progressively take on more senior responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
2+ years PAE in Commercial Law, ideally with leasing experience
Strong understanding of QLD commercial and residential property transactions
Confident in providing legal advice to business clients
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally
Team-oriented and driven to contribute to firm success
