About the Role
You will be dual trained as a deckhand/customer service officer.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering safe and exceptional passenger experience.
You Will:
Deliver outstanding customer service with solid communication skillsBe flexible to work split shifts, early mornings, late afternoons,



including weekends and public holidaysBe able to start work from a variety of fleet locationsFollow instructions from vessel mastersDemonstrate a strong commitment to Work Health & SafetyApply effective conflict resolution skillsBe well presented and physically capable of performing the role.Participate in all required training, including safety drills
Qualifications
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current CPR/First Aid Certificate
