workforce performance and consumer outcomes across a diverse service portfolio.Reporting to the Executive Manager, Quality Risk & Assurance, this Full-time onsite opportunity enjoys a remuneration package comprised of base salary + leave loading, superannuation & NFP Salary Packaging.ResponsibilitiesLeading Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement, Lifestyle and Spiritual Care services across multiple service streamsDriving service growth, utilisation and commercial performance in line with organisational strategyDeveloping creative programs that enhance consumer outcomes and engagementLeading workforce performance, capability development and multidisciplinary collaborationEnsuring compliance with aged care standards, clinical governance and quality frameworksBuilding strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presenceAbout YouSignificant leadership experience within aged care, health, wellness, spiritual care or integrated care servicesDemonstrated success leading & growing multidisciplinary teamsExperience driving service growth, utilisation and commercial outcomesTertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Allied Health, Health Sciences, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Care, etc.Relevant registration or relevant professional membership for your field (e.g. AHPRA)Strong understanding of aged care funding,



reablement principles and clinical governance frameworksExceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skillsA passion for innovation, continuous improvement and person-centred careExperience in change management and strategic service growth initiatives.Experience managing: integrated allied health and lifestyle services; &/or wellness centres, gym programs or reablement services.Why Join Carrington?
