deliver and evaluate clinical education programs at Cootamundra and support individual midwives to deliver best practice care and positive patient outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Inspiring and develop midwives through engaging education, coaching and bedside teachingLead orientation and transition programs to support new and transitioning staff to thrive in their rolesPartner with clinical leaders to identify learning needs and implement targeted education strategiesPromote patient safety, quality improvement and evidence-based practice through education and audit participationYour contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Current Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
