We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our supportive team at Lancaster Motor Group.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our clients and the workshop team.
You'll provide exceptional customer service, manager repair orders and provide informative and professional communication to our clients.What you'll be doingGreeting clients and managing service books (in person and over the phone)Clearly explaining vehicle service and repair requirementsPreparing repair orders and cost/time estimatesLeasing between clients and technicians to ensure a smooth workflowUpselling additional services and maintenance where appropriateFollowing up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.What we're looking forStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.Sound computer literacy (ERA, Pentana or similar systems advantageous but not necessary).
A proactive,
