Sacyr Construction Australia Pty Ltd – QueenslandWe are a global Ibex 35 group where we develop innovative, high-value concessions, engineering and water projects across more than 15 countries where we operate.Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Wyaralong.Responsabilities:Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the project's downstream packages within a cooperative Design & Construction (D&C;) reimbursable contract model.Accountable for managing commercial risks, scope changes, and contractual compliance, while fostering collaborative relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.Requirements:Previous experience in collaborative contracting models is desirable.Required experience: 5-10 years.Degree in Law or Engineering, with training and/or experience in contract management.High level of English (C1).
