Well grounded negotiation and communication skillsStrong understanding of australian road rules including motor vehicle liabilityAble to deal effectively and confidently with conflictEffective time management capabilitiesA solid knowledge of how our end to end recovery process worksExcellent phone manner and customer service skills.Self motivated and able to work unsupervisedPrevious debt collection, paralegal or insurance claims experience will be highly regardedWhy choose us?
