We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Contracts Administrator to join our growing Supply Chain team.
Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, you'll own the execution of procurement operations and supplier coordination, making sure purchase orders, supplier performance, logistics and inventory flow are managed accurately and efficiently from order placement through to warehouse delivery.
Working closely with our Supply Chain, QA, Product and Finance teams, you'll keep goods moving on time and in full, while helping us build stronger supplier relationships and smarter, more resilient ways to source.

What your day to day will look like:
Own end-to-end procurement execution, including PO creation, order management, delivery tracking and third-party manufacturing orders
Ensure consistent On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance, proactively managing risks, delays and backorders
Act as the primary operational interface with suppliers, aligning on lead times, MOQs and production schedules
Drive timely resolution of supply, quality and delivery issues to minimise business disruption
Translate demand forecasts into accurate, timely purchasing plans in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager
Manage the full inventory pipeline (supplier to in-transit to warehouse),



ensuring visibility and control
Coordinate logistics execution with freight forwarders, including shipment tracking and inbound scheduling
Oversee shipping documentation accuracy and ensure smooth warehouse intake
Maintain high data integrity across ERP systems (SKUs, BOMs, pricing) and resolve invoice discrepancies
Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics (OTIF, quality, lead times) to drive accountability
Support strategic sourcing through supplier research, benchmarking and negotiation, including RFQ/RFP processes and commercial analysis
Lead supply-alternative and diversification initiatives end-to-end—supplier identification, sampling, evaluation, onboarding and implementation
Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance cost, quality and reliability
What you'll bring to the team:
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain coordination, ideally within FMCG, food, manufacturing or a product-based business
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and inventory management, including PO management and OTIF performance
Experience coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders on lead times, MOQs, shipments and inbound logistics
Confident using ERP systems,



maintaining accurate data (SKUs, BOMs and pricing) and resolving invoice discrepancies
Experience leading or supporting RFQ/RFP processes, supplier sourcing, benchmarking and negotiation
Exposure to onboarding new suppliers or manufacturers, including compliance, documentation and ERP setup
Familiarity with international freight, shipping documentation and inbound logistics
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with SCM, QA, Product and Finance
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement in cost, quality and reliability
