As an Asset Performance Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of maintenance programs, asset projects and property inspections that support secure, compliant and well-maintained homes for our tenants.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in building maintenance, construction, asset management or property inspections who is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for communities for the citizens of NSW.What you'll doAs an Asset Performance Officer, you will work across a broad range of asset management and maintenance activities, supporting the delivery of maintenance works and contractor performance outcomes across allocated properties.
You will collaborate with contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards and policies.Scope, assess and monitor maintenance works across allocated properties.Develop and manage planned maintenance programs using asset data and local knowledge.Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of findings and required actions.Monitor contractor performance and address compliance issues where required.Identify and escape emerging issues and provide recommendations to improve service delivery outcomes.Build effective working relationships with contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders.The role offers a mix of field-based and office-based work,
