play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and NQFCreate safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environmentsMentor and support fellow EducatorsBe an active part of our long-standing, collaborative and supportive team cultureTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards itHave a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Hold a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)Obtained current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma trainingObtained Geccko mandatory child protection trainingBe committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practiceBring outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude and a team-first mindsetA centre that genuinely values educators and respects their professional voiceA welcoming, collaborative team with long-term staff (some with over 10 years at the service!)
