Our Mackay branch is known for its solid team culture, customer focus and commitment to getting the job done.About the RoleBased in our Mackay branch and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be a key part of the team delivering excellent service to our customers.This role combines internal sales, front counter service and customer support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a busy team environment.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers at the front counter with enquiries,



purchases and product adviceProcessing customer orders and preparing quotationsResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailRecommending products and solutions to meet customer needsWorking closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on timeSupporting Territory Managers with sales enquiries and order processingMaintaining strong relationships with customers through great serviceContributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the branchAbout YouYou're someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a team environment.
You're organised, proactive and take pride in delivering excellent service.You'll bring:Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade counter rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA positive attitude and solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and organisational skillsBasic computer skills and confidence working with systemsA team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in when neededExperience within industrial supplies, safety equipment, hardware or trade-related industries would be an advantage but is not essential.Why Join ATOM?
