TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE — BRISBANE
Kempe Engineering Brisbane, a leading supplier of Valves, Pneumatics and Hydraulic Components, has an excellent chance for an experienced sales professional to join our team in a technical sales representative role.
This position will support the operations of both Kempe Engineering and Jacks Hydraulics, giving the successful candidate exposure to a broad range of products and markets.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual who will build on our existing client relationships across both businesses and continue to drive the sales growth our team has already achieved.
This is a field-based role, with regular client visits across the Brisbane region.
THE ROLE
Visit and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is maintained throughout.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through solution selling of Kempe Engineering and Jacks Hydraulics' full range of brands, products and services.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
Maintain company call plans,



call frequencies and outcome reporting while meeting minimum call targets.
Prepare and maintain customer action plans to support ongoing business growth.
Promote and sell Kempe Engineering and Jacks Hydraulics product lines to achieve or exceed agreed budgets.
ABOUT YOU
A demonstrated track record in business development and account management within a technical sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Knowledge of process valves, hydraulic components or fluid-power products is highly regarded; however, candidates with experience in similar market sectors are encouraged to apply.
A self-motivated and results-driven work ethic with the ability to work autonomously across a defined territory.
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly within the Brisbane region.
