Internal Communications Specialist Salt Recruitment•Sydney CBD, NSW, AUReporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, this role will focus on the delivery of impactful internal communications that inform, engage and inspire a large national network and corporate team.It's a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys hands-on execution, partnering closely with senior leaders, and helping shape how a dynamic organisation communicates and connects internally.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute an internal communications strategy that supports the organisation's purpose and priorities.Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver clear, authentic, and engaging communications across multiple channels.Ongoing management of the internal digital communications platform / intranet, improving usability and engagement.Translate complex business messages into content that's clear, accessible, and relevant for a broad internal audience.Build strong, trusted relationships across the network to understand communication needs and continuously improve engagement.Create and manage an editorial calendar, newsletters, videos, leadership updates, and digital content to drive alignment and connection.Measure communication effectiveness and use insights to guide ongoing improvement.About YouYou're a proactive, creative communicator who loves connecting people to purpose.
