Success in this role will see you supporting people living with chronic health conditions and disabilities to achieve their health goals and working with children to build appropriate exercise programs.
You will join our team of 7 EPs, delivering over 45 Group Exercise Physiology sessions per week, hydrotherapy sessions and over 150 one on one sessions per week.In Your First 90 Days You WillWe want the RIGHT candidate and based on your experience your first 90days could look like this:Be onboarded with the Coordinated Fitness processes and systemsDeliver at client utilisation rate of 75% within the first 3 months.Increase our Neurological programs throughout the clinicBuild trust and a referral network with GP's and other Allied Health referrersWhat You Will Be Working TowardsBuilding your case load for chronic disease management clientsBuilding your case load with Coordinated Kidz clientsActively participating in team meetingsBuilding referral networks with GP'sThe Skills That MatterMust-havesESSA AccreditationProfessional insurances such as qualified indemnity,
