You'll manage base rosters in Kronos, reallocate shifts and communicate allocations clearly to staff to ensure smooth operations.The role requires strong scheduling, payroll awareness and the ability to work under pressure in a Not-for-Profit context, with full time hours Monday to Friday and a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
