As a Guest Experience Host, you'll combine front-of-house hospitality with in office marketing — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.
What You'll Do
Welcome and register owners
Engage guests face-to-face or by phone to build rapport and generate livestream or in-person tour bookings
Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream and in-person Sales Centres
Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
Meet individual and team KPIs
Complete required system updates and paperwork
Weekend and public holiday availability is required and the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites.
What You'll Bring
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person
A positive, energetic,



and self-motivated approach
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work across multi-Sales sites in the Gold Coast
