This is a hands-on role on a major BESS project in its final delivery phase, supporting quality assurance across electrical installations.

and project deliveryExposure to large-scale solar PV and BESS construction projectsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections across electrical works against drawings, specifications, ITPs, and Australian Standards.Identify, raise, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective tracking through to close-outMonitor subcontractor workmanship on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and escalating issues where requiredSupport QA documentation, including inspection records, checklists, photo evidence, and handover/close-out dossiersKey RequirementsElectrical trade or strong electrical construction experienceConstruction White CardAustralian Driver's LicenseExperience on solar, BESS, substations, or large infrastructure projectsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsUnderstanding of QA/QC processes and inspectionsStrong attention to detail and confidence working with contractors
