and other key stakeholdersCoaching and developing technicians and support staff to reach their full potentialEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standardsReporting on site performance and driving continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForProven experience managing a smash repair or automotive workshop, ideally at a senior or leadership levelA track record of building or leading high-performing teamsStrong understanding of repair processes, production scheduling, and quality controlExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCommercially minded, with a focus on efficiency and customer outcomesComfortable in a start-up-style environment — hands-on, adaptable, and drivenFull Australian work rights requiredThe SMART DifferenceWork with people who share your passion for everything automotive.Be part of a company that invests in technology that's second to none.Bring your ambition — we'll match it with opportunity.This isn't just a job.
