Your part in our Wesley Hospital teamAs part of our Rehab Team, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment foroptimalpatient outcomes.
In addition to this you will:Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skillsApply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimalpatient healthEffectively exchange information with the Registered Nurseregardingpatient responses to treatment and nursing careDemonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk managementAchieveoptimumpatient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of careAchievesoptimalpatient outcomes throughappropriate allocationof staff and delegation of work and effective communication skillsWhat makes a difference for us?
Diploma of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within an acute hospital settingFull Australian Working Rights (please note, we are unable to provide sponsorshipat this time)Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, withdemonstratedknowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentWillingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirementsWhat makes a difference for you?
