Our dedicated teams and volunteers are all driven by a shared vision that all Queensland children should have access to free allied health and early intervention services regardless of where they live.As a Case Coordinator at BUSHkids, you will provide support to families of children aged 0 to 9 years who have a diagnosis that meets NDIS eligibility or an active NDIS plan aligned to our Participant stream.
The role focuses on building the capacity of families/caregivers to navigate the NDIS referral pathway, community and mainstream supports, understand their child's NDIS plan in accessing reasonable and necessary NDIS funded supports in line with their child's goals.About YouAligned with the Participant stream you will bring knowledge/experience in the disability/NDIS sector, or have had previously involvement in community based programs in a case coordination/management role with a strong focus on supporting people with disabilities and their families in achieving positive outcomes.We also require you to bring:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, ask clear questions,



accurately summarise information, and explain systems and next stepsProfessional written communication skills suitable for accurate case notes, and records.Experience supporting vulnerable families, with an understanding of the practical and social barriers families may face accessing servicesConfidence working in a fast‐paced environment with competing prioritiesGood judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured workflows and escalation pathwaysConfidence using Microsoft Office, along with CRM, data management or case management systems, templates and structured toolsA practical, can‐do attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting children, families and the communityThe ability to work flexibly and adaptively, while maintaining clear boundaries around scope of workAlignment with BUSHkids' core values – Child‐Focused and Family Centred, Collaborative and AccountableA commitment to learning and professional development,

We provide extensive NDIS and Early Childhood Approach training.Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills, professional and career progression.
This includes an annual Professional Development budget, paid PD leave (up to 5 days per year), and paid PD travel leave (up to 2 days per year).
An attractive base remuneration up to $86,996 (based on qualifications and experience) plus superannuation, leave loading, and portable long service leave.Not‐for‐profit salary packaging up to $15,900 in tax savings per year plus $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance.
