Your main responsibilities will involve:Conducting inbound and outbound calls to establish personalised repayment arrangementsApplying skip-tracing methods and investigative resources to re-establish contact with customersOverseeing your portfolio of accounts with diligence, precision, and professionalismAdhering to all industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesAchieving performance goals while consistently prioritising the customer's needs and experienceAbout YouA transparent and confident communicatorCustomer service or contact centre experience (a bonus, not essential!)Ability to build rapport quickly and effectivelyTarget-driven with a team-first mindsetA quick learner with a proactive attitudeProof of longevity in previous roles
