HME / Mobile Plant Long Term Maintenance Planner
About the RoleWe're seeking experienced HME and Mobile Maintenance Planners to support long-term maintenance planning across a diverse mining equipment fleet.
You'll develop structured maintenance plans for dozers, graders, loaders, haul trucks and ancillary mobile equipment, helping ensure upcoming work is properly scoped, resourced and ready for execution.
This opportunity would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner, HME Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Planner within a heavy mobile equipment environment.
The role is available for an ASAP start and will initially be offered as a three-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
Developing long-term maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipment
Planning maintenance activities for dozers, graders and loaders
Supporting maintenance planning for CAT 789 and Liebherr T264 haul trucks
Planning work for service carts, water carts and ancillary mobile equipment
Reviewing upcoming maintenance requirements and preparing work for execution
Coordinating labour, materials,



parts and resource requirements
Maintaining accurate planning information within the site CMMS
Working with maintenance and operational stakeholders to support fleet availability
Helping improve planning quality and maintenance readiness across the mobile fleet
About You
Previous experience as an HME Maintenance Planner, Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Planner
Strong maintenance planning experience across heavy mobile equipment
Experience with CAT, Liebherr or Hitachi equipment
Exposure to dozers, graders, loaders and mining haul trucks
Experience planning maintenance for ancillary equipment such as service carts and water carts
JDE experience is highly regarded
Robust organisational and stakeholder communication skills
Available to commence as soon as possible
