What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Somerton.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.
You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, building capability, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving initiatives that enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
Key areas:
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve safety, service and costManage team performance, productivity and KPI deliveryBuild strong relationships with operational leaders, customers and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomesEnsure safety incidents are appropriately reported, investigated and addressedLead operational planning, resource management and daily site executionFoster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Linfox value
Are you the one?
You have leadership experience within a warehouse environment and are looking to further develop your career in operations management.




You lead by example, build strong teams, and have a track record of delivering results while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service and continuous improvement.
You can demonstrate:
People leadership experience within a warehouse environmentExceptional stakeholder management skills with both customers and internal teamsStrong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsThe resilience and agility to perform in a energetic operational environment
