There are full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the educational program and practice at our nurturing childcare home.What you'll be doingAs the Educational Leader/ECT,Providing educational leadership, mentoring and support to the teaching teamDeveloping, implementing and evaluating the centre's educational program to ensure it aligns with the Early Years Learning FrameworkMaintaining an engaging, play-based learning environment that fosters children's holistic developmentContributing to the ongoing improvement and quality assurance of the serviceEnsure a secure, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.Build strong, positive partnerships with families and communicate openly about their child's day and progress.Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our centre.Maintain compliance with all regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF),



and PnP policies.What we're looking forA Master or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualificationEligibility for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in NSWExperiences in an educational leader or senior educator role is preferredAbility to mentor and guide a team of early childhood educators is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiencesCommitment to continuous professional development and reflective practiceWhat we offerAt Play and Potential, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and wellbeing of our team.
