With a solid focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, this organisation offers a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career.What You Will DoOperate fabrication machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, plasma cutters, MIG welders, grinders, drills, and other workshop equipmentComplete fabrication works on products, components, and equipment to required quality standardsInspect materials, complete measurements,



and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specificationsComplete production paperwork, machine checks, and basic equipment maintenanceIdentify and report faults, safety concerns, or production issues promptlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work environmentWork collaboratively with the fabrication team to achieve production targetsWhat You Will NeedExperience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar workshop environmentExperience operating fabrication machinery and toolsMIG welding and general fabrication skills (highly regarded)Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detailReliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a teamWillingness to learn and develop new skillsWhat's In It For You$***** per hour + superannuationStable working hours with an early finish every Friday:Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:20pmFriday: 7:00am – 1:00pmLong-term career opportunity within a specialised manufacturing environmentWork with experienced team members in a supportive workplaceThe role will commence as a temporary position with the potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
