You will have proven ability to manage up to 15 individual builds simultaneously, project & custom home experience and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & ExperienceDaily Site Management from commencement to hand overHeavily client focused -exceptional communication & presentationExtensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plansEnsure homes are made of quality standards and within timely mannerCoordination of supplies and materialsManage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and proceduresHigh level communicator, organised & attention to detailMinimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with Custom or Project Home Builders.My client is a well known player in the Queensland market, producing luxurious award winning homes.
