For someone with strong organisation and industry experience, it may be an Executive Assistant role.For someone with proven sales capability and the confidence to take on more client‐facing responsibility, it may become a Sales Associate position.The responsibilities may differ, but the expectations will not.We are looking for someone switched on, polished and ambitious.
Someone who wants to take ownership, keep learning and play a genuine role in the growth of the business.The OpportunityYou will work closely with Jason across the full sales process, keeping the business organised, clients informed and campaigns moving.As an Executive Assistant, you will take ownership of campaigns, client care, administration and the day‐to‐day operation of the business.As a Sales Associate, you will do the same while taking on greater responsibility for buyers, prospecting, appointments and new business.Across both pathways, you will:Manage Jason's appointments, priorities and daily workflowCoordinate property campaigns from listing through to settlementPrepare proposals, marketing materials and sales documentationCommunicate with vendors, buyers, suppliers and internal teamsAttend appraisals, inspections, open homes and auctionsCoordinate buyer feedback and client follow‐upMaintain accurate CRM records,



campaign updates and reportingSupport database growth, prospecting and lead generationCoordinate photography, floorplans, EERs and property marketingImprove systems and help deliver a standout client experienceThe Sales Associate pathway will also include greater ownership of buyer relationships, client appointments, prospecting and current business opportunities.About YouYou are organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.You communicate well, take pride in the details and do not need to be chased to get things done.You will bring:Strong administration, organisation or sales skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident written and verbal communicationThe ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong client service and relationship‐building skillsInitiative, accountability and a willingness to learnA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleReal estate registration or the ability to obtain itMost importantly, you are ambitious.You want exposure, responsibility and the opportunity to build a long‐term career alongside an agent who is serious about growth.Why Jason and HIVE?
