Regional Strata NSW is a Strata Management company with four offices located on the NSW South Coast and Central West, and currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Batemans Bay team as an Assistant Strata Manager.The role involves (but not limited to):Answering phone and directing enquiresResponding to email and written communication promptlyLiaising with contractors and issuing work orders for maintenance issuesProcessing contractor payments and compliance documentsPrepare statements and reportsSend notifications to ownersWe are looking for a motivated individual, with a positive attitude; someone that is organised and has an eye for detail.
