Join Pathology Queensland as a Project Support Officer – State-wide Infrastructure and play a key role in delivering infrastructure and capital works projects that support world-class public healthcare.
Working alongside the Principal Project Manager, Statewide Infrastructure, you'll coordinate project activities, manage documentation, track progress, and keep stakeholders connected to ensure projects are delivered successfully across the statewide network.
If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced project setting, this is your opportunity to contribute to projects that make a real difference to healthcare across Queensland.Bring your project coordination skills and help deliver the infrastructure that keeps Queensland's pathology services moving forward.Key competencies (role specific criteria)You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:Knowledge and experience in the use of project management tools and methodologies (preferably PRINCE 2) and the ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and methodologies.Proven effective consultation, facilitation, communication skills for use in a complex program/ project environmentDemonstrated knowledge of project management methodologiesDemonstrated experience in, or the ability to rapidly acquire the knowledge, to support infrastructure projects throughout the construction lifecycle within an approved project management methodology, including preparing, maintaining, and disseminating project documentation and other relevant information.Knowledge of procurement processes,



FF&E; or healthcare facility commissioningDemonstrated ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines despite competing prioritiesUnderstanding of capital design and delivery processes or the ability to rapidly acquire the knowledgeWhy work with us?
