Main Duties:Managing the smooth-running operations of our liquor store(s) to the highest standards.Creating and enhancing our teams customer service ethos, imparting your liquor industry knowledge in the crucial areas of customer service, product display and management, team building and marketing implementation.Assisting other local sites with the management needs of satellite stores.Liaise with the team business coach in relation to any retail operational matters.Responsible for all retail staffPreparing displays and presenting stock,



including specials and ticket writingEnsuring that staff are informed of day-to-day dutiesPricing of stock and maintaining stock controlPicking stock for internal transfersMaintain cellar or liquor store in good order with a high standard of cleanlinessMonitoring defined staff presentation and grooming standardsOther incidental and peripheral duties as requested by managementExperience required:Solid understanding of sales principles and customer servicepracticesSolid communication and interpersonalskillsCustomer servicefocus; Friendly, helpful, confident, and engagingpersonalityBasic administrationskillsLicences:RSA CertificateDriver's licenceApproximately 45 hours per week is expected in this salaried hands-on position and will include weekends and evening work.
