The Company
A well-established industrial and environmental services business is seeking an Inside Sales Development and Account Manager to support its Victorian operations.
The organisation operates within a regulated environment and services a broad B2B customer base, offering stability, training and clear career progression into sales.
The Role
This office-based role sits within the inside sales function, working closely with field sales and operations to support service delivery, customer relationships and revenue growth.
You'll be responsible for high-volume outbound activity, inbox management, lead qualification and sales support.
This role suits someone with a technical or scientific background who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with one day per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities




Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to target industriesManage inbound enquiries and the sales inboxSupport field sales with administration and follow-up activityQualify leads and assist with solution sellingMaintain strong customer relationshipsLiaise with operations and logistics to support service deliveryEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
About You
1-3 years' experience in inside sales or customer serviceStrong phone-based communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with volume outbound activityCommercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilityDetail-focused with an appreciation for compliance and safetyTechnical, chemistry, engineering or industrial background highly regardedPrior exposure to industrial, environmental or manufacturing sectors preferred
