About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Phlebotomist and/or Enrolled/Registered Nurse who enjoys variety in their day and is a natural team player.
This is a hands-on role that blends clinical duties with front-of-house reception support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy practice, genuinely enjoys working collaboratively, and brings positive energy to the team.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting clinicians with allergy testing procedures (skin prick testing, challenge testing)
Monitoring patients during immunotherapy and clinical procedures
Providing front-desk reception support — greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments,
and managing patient records
Maintaining clinical areas to infection control standards
General administrative duties as needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Qualification in phlebotomy and/or nursing (Enrolled or Registered Nurse)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive workplace
Comfortable multitasking between clinical and reception duties
A warm, qualified manner with patients of all ages
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn practice management software
Desirable:
Reception or front-desk experience in a medical setting
Familiarity with practice management systems (e.g., Best Practice, Medical Director, Genie)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
