We are working alongside Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 civil contractors delivering major subdivision, road infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and land development projects throughout South East Queensland.We are currently seeking:Excavator OperatorsWater Cart OperatorsRoller OperatorsMoxy OperatorsBackhoe OperatorsWhether you're an experienced GPS Final Trim Operator or looking to further develop your civil operating skills, we have a variety of roles available with immediate starts.

and land development projectsMonday–Friday work with overtime availableWide variety of machinery and project types to suit your experience and skillsetGenuine opportunities for ongoing and permanent employmentKey ResponsibilitiesOperate civil machinery safely and efficiently across active construction sitesComplete earthworks, roadworks, drainage, trenching, and general civil construction activitiesWork closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and site crews to achieve project milestonesCarry out daily pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance checksMaintain secure work practices and comply with all site safety requirementsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience operating civil machinery within construction environmentsExperience operating one or more of the following: Excavators, Water Carts, Rollers, Moxys, or BackhoesGPS machine control experience (Trimble and/or Topcon) highly regarded for Excavator OperatorsRelevant RII machinery tickets applicable to the machinery you operateCurrent White CardReliable, punctual, and available for immediate commencementStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work effectively as part of a team
