Our Australian head office is located in Brisbane, with distribution and storage facilities operating across multiple regions nationally.About the Role – Field OperatorMAXAM Australia is seeking a Field Operator to join our well-established blasting crew based at Ebenezer, QLD.Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Field Operator plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality blasting operations.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the safe and efficient delivery of day-to-day blasting servicesLoading and stemming of drill holesHandling and use of explosives in accordance with procedures and legislationMaintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and housekeepingWorking collaboratively as part of a site-based blast crewAdhering to all company, site, and regulatory requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
