You'll develop the skills to:Assess psychosocial, vocational and environmental factors impacting an injured worker's recoveryProvide counselling and goal-setting support to address barriers to return to workDevelop individualised return-to-work plans alongside employers, insurers and treating practitionersIdentify new employment goals through vocational counselling and assessment, and support job-seeking aligned to capacity and the local labour marketCase manage complex claims with clear, comprehensive reportingMonitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve successful return-to-work outcomesMaintain accurate documentation aligned to professional and regulatory standardsProgram Structure & SupportMentorship from an experienced Rehabilitation CounsellorProfessional Development through structured PD activities,
