If you're motivated, willing to learn, and committed to doing a great job, we'll support you every step of the way.What You'll Be DoingCompleting entry and exit condition reports to a high standardConducting routine inspections and clearly reporting your findingsAssisting Senior Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasksCompleting out-of-office activities, including key handovers and property visitsCommunicating with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople as requiredSupporting the team with general administrative tasksDeveloping your skills with the opportunity to progress into a Property Manager roleQualifications and ExperienceA valid Real Estate Certificate or Registration, or a genuine willingness to obtain oneA valid Australian driver's licence - a work vehicle is providedA genuine passion for property management and real estateA positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learnStrong communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience in real estate, property, or customer service is preferred but not essentialWhy Housemark?
