Our recruiters run a combined contractor and permanent desks, once established its continuous revenue with uncapped commission.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Source, interview,



and assess quality candidates.Write engaging job advertisements and candidate profiles.Conduct business development activities and identify new opportunities.Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.Negotiate offers and manage successful placements.Maintain accurate candidate and client records.About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:1- 3+ years' recruitment experience, either agency or from hunting sales role.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.A proactive and commercially focused mindset.Confidence in business development and networking.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.A genuine passion for helping people achieve their career goals.What's on Offer?
