Job Title: Building Maintenance TechnicianLocation - DarlinghurstSalary: $85,000 + SuperWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-managed commercial and retail asset for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician.This is a site-based role suited to someone with solid commercial building experience who can support day-to-day maintenance, building presentation, contractor coordination and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily and weekly building inspectionsGeneral maintenance including lighting, minor plumbing, painting and repairsPlant room checks and basic plant maintenanceAwareness of chiller systems and coordination of HVAC contractorsReactive and preventative maintenance supportContractor and cleaning coordinationWHS, risk and compliance support including fire safety activitiesRequirementsProven experience in commercial facilities or building maintenanceExperience working in plant rooms and around building servicesUnderstanding of chiller upkeep and HVAC coordinationStrong WHS and compliance awarenessAble to work independently in a live environmentWhite Card required (licence preferred)This is a outstanding opportunity to join a stable site with structured FM processes and long-term potential.
