You'll also lead our graduate radiographer program, working closely with modality leaders and senior stakeholders.With a Recruitment Officer reporting to you, you'll set priorities, oversee their work and coach them as they grow, while partnering with leaders across the business.Alongside That, You'll Also BeDesigning sourcing and attraction strategies that work in a competitive marketAdvising leaders on role requirements and market conditionsBuilding hiring manager capability in interviewing and selection, so decisions are consistent and fairOverseeing recruitment processes, including pre-employment checks and onboardingPersonally delivering induction for every new starter,
