Sharing expertise across both teams will ensure our continued success and drive further growth and unlock our collective potential.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all deliveries are made in correct manner and time frame and monitor driver creditsMaintain vehicles ensuring services are carried out when and as requiredEnsure staff evaluation, recruitment and training procedures are adhered toEnsure wages, budgets and freight charges are kept within guidelinesFollow company procedures relating to any issues raised regarding driversInvolve and receive feedback from supervisors daily/ongoingCo-ordinate effective and efficient routing of all trucks and staff to ensure maximum delivery and serviceRegular discussion with Sales Representatives in regards to customer requirements and driver feedbackAttend daily credit meeting.
