About the company and roleOur client is a leading FMCG manufacturer seeking Machine Operators to join their team on an ongoing casual basis.
This is a hands-on production role working as part of a team in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll be operating machinery, completing quality checks, assisting with line operations and helping ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.Duties include:Operating and monitoring production machineryLoading raw materials onto the lineRunning labelling and packaging equipmentCompleting quality checks and inspectionsRecording production informationAssisting with machine changeovers and troubleshootingCleaning machinery and work areasManual handling and rework duties when requiredFollowing safety and quality proceduresWorking as part of a team to meet daily production targetsFull training will be provided.Hours & RosterThis is an ongoing casual role offering consistent full-time hours on a rotating day and night shift roster.
Shifts are 12 hours in length and operate within a 24/7 production environment.
Applicants must be available to work both day and night shifts and be comfortable working a rotating roster.What We're Looking ForPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operating or process work experience preferredFMCG experience highly regarded but not essentialReliable with a strong work ethicComfortable working in a physically demanding environmentAble to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25kgWilling to assist with cleaning and housekeeping dutiesAble to work rotating day and night shiftsSafety-focused with a positive attitudeWilling to learn and be part of a teamA forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
