Representing some of Australia's leading automotive brands, we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Call Centre Representative to join our friendly team in North Gosford.If you're customer-focused, organised, and enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Booking vehicle service appointments over the phoneConducting follow-up calls for our Sales and Service departmentsAssigning customer enquiries and tasks to the appropriate departmentsProviding customers with information about our products, services, and guest benefit programsMaintaining accurate customer records and database informationDelivering a professional, friendly, and efficient experience with every interactionAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
