Key duties include supervising and coordinating yard and maintenance staff,



leading maintenance and inspection teams to uphold fleet standards, and overseeing daily yard operations such as loading, unloading, and project preparation.The position also involves managing stock control initiatives, conducting regular checks, and liaising with sales and office teams to guarantee timely and complete order delivery.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized yard and warehouse, assisting with stocktaking, and ensuring courteous interactions with customers, visitors, and drivers.A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and supporting overall branch operations is essential, alongside the flexibility to undertake any reasonable tasks directed by management.The successful applicants will be reliable and can work effectively on their own initiative or as part of a team.
