We have a strong team culture and office environment, and we invest in our people through training and development.

The Role
We're looking for a Greenstock Administrator to manage our end-to-end greenstock supply process — from nursery sourcing through to on-site delivery — ensuring every project has the right plant stock, at the right time.
Reporting to our Greenstock Manager, you'll build and maintain the nursery and supplier relationships this depends on.
You'll work with a high level of autonomy, using your own commercial judgement in supplier negotiations, purchasing and plant substitutions.
In this role, you will:
Build and manage relationships with nurseries and suppliers across WA and interstate, negotiating on price, quality and delivery timeframes
Visit nurseries to inspect stock, assess quality, and recommend or approve suitable substitutions when supply is constrained
Create and manage purchase orders, and reconcile supplier invoices
Schedule and coordinate greenstock deliveries to site, working with construction site supervisors so plants arrive when needed and site work keeps moving efficiently
Compile greenstock and budget reporting covering availability, pricing and substitutions
Skills Required
Horticultural knowledge of plants and trees, including native WA species
A confident relationship-builder, comfortable negotiating and influencing outcomes with external suppliers
Able to work independently and exercise sound commercial judgement across multiple competing priorities
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, equally comfortable with suppliers, site teams and management
Experience interpreting and measuring scaled plans
Current driver's licence
Desirable: nursery experience and experience with Aconex
Why Deep Green
Over more than two decades we've delivered some of WA's most significant green infrastructure projects.
We compete on excellence, not price — and you'll feel that same standard day to day: a close-knit team who back each other in, share knowledge freely, and make coming to work genuinely enjoyable.
