The team is responsible for platform governance, core administration, configuration and continuous improvement across ServiceNow.This role focuses on the core platform layer, working closely with Business Analysts, developers, managed service partners, Configuration Analysts and Asset Analysts to ensure the platform remains stable, secure and performant.About the roleProactively monitor the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform and respond to issues before they impact usersAdminister core platform functions including users, roles, groups and security controlsMaintain platform stability through effective incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventative fixesSupport and maintain configurations including workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies across modulesEnsure platform security, compliance and adherence to governance standardsSupport platform upgrades, patches and releases, including validation and impact assessmentTroubleshoot and resolve platform defects, working with internal teams and vendors where requiredProvide responsive support to platform users and stakeholders,
