Role Summary
Drive financial performance in a growing care organisation
St Jude's Health Care Services is a leading provider of aged care, disability, mental health and home care services across Western Australia.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Corporate Finance team in a pivotal leadership role.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis across a multi-entity organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities And Duties
Lead monthly group reporting, consolidations and management accountsManage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and financial controlsDeliver meaningful financial analysis and executive-level reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planningProvide commercial insights to support operational and strategic decision-makingAct as the finance champion for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet ReportsSupport audit,



compliance and regulatory reporting requirementsMentor junior team members and build solid relationships across the business
Skills, Attributes And Experience
You are a proactive and commercially minded finance professional with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
To Be Successful, You Will Bring:
CA or CPA qualificationExperience in a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Group Reporting roleStrong multi-entity reporting and consolidation experienceAdvanced budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capabilityMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly Regarded:
Aged care, disability or community services experienceJet Reports expertiseExperience with executive or board reportingExposure to finance transformation or systems projects
