Copper Chimney Copper Chimney is seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to join our energetic and passionate team in South Fremantle.
In this full-time permanent role, you'll bring your culinary skills to prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, create menus and specials tailored to customer preferences and dietary needs, and help maintain a smooth, compliant, and productive kitchen.

Create menus and specials, keeping in mind customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure all kitchen operations comply with safety and sanitation regulations, including cleaning and hygiene protocols.




Maintain accurate inventory records and track supplies requiring replenishment.
Determine the best use of leftover ingredients to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
Maintain a high level of professionalism when managing and supervising staff.
Continuously research, experiment, and develop new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Qualification & experience Diploma / Certificate in Culinary arts or equivalent qualification.
Experience in Indian cuisine preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
