Bayside Gymnastics Club (BGC) is seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team and program delivery as we move into a brand-new, purpose-built gymnastics facility at the Frankston Basketball and Gymnastics Stadium (opening early ****).
About the roleAs BGC's senior technical leader, you will be responsible for the quality, safety, and development of all gymnastics programs (KinderGym, Recreational, Pre-Squad, WAG/MAG Levels, Adult, All-Abilities).
You will lead and mentor the coaching team, maintain GA/GV accreditation compliance, and manage BGC's competition calendar and team selection processes.Current WWCC (Victorian)Current First Aid CertificateDemonstrated experience leading a gymnastics coaching teamWhy BGC?
